Located in Budapest

Our fast growing Quality Assurance Department based in Budapest is looking for a Responsible Person.

As a Responsible Person you directly refer to the General Manager in Hungary. It is your responsibility to ensure quality systems and that the company’s wholesaler processes comply with all the required regulatory and authority requirements. Responsible Person is responsible for all quality activities within Abacus Medicine, working with close cooperation with Sales, Purchase and Supply Chain in Denmark and Regulatory, Warehouse and Production in Hungary.

Job Purpose & Scope
• Ensure that products are received, stored, put to the saleable stock, distributed and transported according to labelled, regulatory and GDP requirements. Ensure high quality performance
• Continues improvements, management review, quality goals, KPI’s, monthly review
• Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management Systems covering all necessary GDP, quality regulations and standards
• Responsible for SOP management, ensure all are created by the appropriate function and maintained properly. Ensure implementation by proper training activities and inspection activities involving the relevant functions and business
• Creates and evaluates risk assessments
• Responsible for customer and supplier complaint handling procedure
• Understands business processes and instructions
• Understand Production/Warehouse/Regulatory processes and instructions
• Active and prepare external audits and internal audits. Planning and coordination of any internal and external audits, handling deviations. Responsible to contact OGYEI in GDP cases
• Work inter-organizationally with Supply chain, Sales, Production, Warehouse and Regulatory
• RP will work in an international environment, he/she has to communicate spoken and written on a daily basis with colleagues in The Netherlands and Denmark, therefore proficiency in English and in Hungarian is a must
• RP needs to have excellent developed communication skills to be able to cooperate with all the level of the organization in Hungary, Netherlands and Denmark

Desired Skills and Experience
• Minimum of 3 years relevant knowledge and experience how to work and create processes and quality demands related to GDP requirements
• Practical experience of QA work
• Relevant experience in inspections
• Experience in international environment, having intercultural knowledge and sensitivity
• Thorough, responsible, working structured and organized
• Pragmatic
• Depending on the workload RP has to be flexible, occasionally willing to work in the weekends

• University degree in Pharmacy
